The "Morrish" Rolltop
The Morrish Rolltop is our largest desk and most ornate design. It is inspired by the great original Roll Top desks, a real beauty in detail, scale and craftsmanship. There are a few secret compartments (sshhh!), a traditional writing pidgonhole to fit papers, letters and files, Plus a variety of drawer sizes keeps everything in it's place.
It is built with raised panels, the most structurally sound method of constructing a desk.
The Rolling Tambour glides on routed groves in the side panels, and clicks into place, lockable with a traditional brass key. The drawers automatically close upon the tambour shutting, by the means of a spring mechanism hidden away behind the drawers.
This Rolltop design is fully customisable in size and configuration.
