At our Currumbin workshop we offer specialised solid timber machining and joinery services. We are setup for specialty CNC machining, solid timber panel preparation, timber dressing and profiling, along with finishing services. We are also your local supplier for raw solid timber panels and selected locally sourced timber slabs.

Timber Components and Machining

Our solid timber workshop is well equipped to take on all machining, moulding, cutting, dressing services. We can assist with all project sizes in the prototyping and/or production phases.

CNC Machining

Our 3 axis full bed (3200 x 1200) CNC machine is designed for solid timber panels and specialty 2D and 3D routing. We can also cut and route sheet material. Our in-house design team can assist with CAD modelling and the preparation of CAD files. Our CNC capabilities are particularly suitable for small batch production.

Woodturning

Hand turning of one-off pieces or small production runs for components or finished products.

Finishing

Our in-house spray booth is setup for quality finishing services including lacquer and oil finishing, colour-matching, painting and staining of solid timber.
